We guarantee that all our products are brand new and fresh from the store (unless otherwise stated). We are committed to providing only Authentic Items sourced directly from the brands themselves. 

Return and Exchange Policy


At BaggagePH, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In compliance with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Philippines guidelines, we offer a fair and transparent return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items, in accordance with DTI policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange:

  • Received a damaged or defective item
  • Received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product)
  • Item delivered incomplete (missing parts or accessories)

Return Period

  • You must notify us of any issue within 7 days from the date the item was received.
  • Items must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With original tags, packaging, and receipt
  • Accompanied by photos or video as proof of defect or wrong delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items bought on sale or clearance
  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics, earrings)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if the item is no longer available for replacement. The refund will be processed through your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Note

This policy is in compliance with the Republic Act No. 7394 – The Consumer Act of the Philippines, and all other relevant DTI policies and advisories.
